About Ruth

A visionary leader, founder and owner of the Center for Yoga, Ruth Fisk, Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher,  began studying yoga in 1980, is a graduate of the San Francisco Iyengar Yoga Institute and has been teaching for 34 years. She remains spirited and passionate in her delivery of this ancient art and science, and is dedicated to the teaching of yoga in a traditional and kind way, with abundant humor and self-reflection.
