The new schedule is posted with great success, I relearned how to do what I had to do and I hope to remember it this time! I wrote it down!
The new session is off to a inspiring start, last week we worked on opening up the front and the back of the heart center to support the shoulders in preparation for Pinchamayurasana! A lovely, adventurous class to say the least!
